BREEZY HILL INN POLICIES

  • Most weekends, minimum 2 night stay; Holiday weekends, minimum 3 night stay
  • Deposit of $100, non refundable, is required with reservation and will be charged to credit card
  • Check-in after 4 PM, check-out before 11 AM

    • Cancellation Policy

    • If more than 30 days cancellation notice is given, no charges other than the non refundable deposit will be charged
    • 50% of total cost of stay is due if more than 14 days notice but less than 30 days is given
    • Full cost of stay is due for cancellation within 14 days prior to first reservation stay
    • Stays shortened without 14 days notice will be charged in accordance with cancellation policy
    • If we are able to rent the room/s due to cancellation or shortened stay, the charges will be mitigated by the amount received for the re-rent

  • We are sorry but we may be unable to accommodate families with children under the age of twelve
  • No pets allowed
  • No smoking in bedrooms or in any of the public rooms
  • No weapons in bedrooms or in any of the public rooms
