A gourmet breakfast is served in the dining room or, weather permitting, on the porch. We invite our adult guests to use our gym with Life Fitness weight apparatus, cross trainer, recumbent bike and steam room.
Our recreation room features a full size pool table, LCD Television, and game table.
A well appointed den/library for quiet reading and relaxation is open to guests at all times.


After a good night’s sleep in one of our catskills bed and breakfast super comfortable beds, you will be treated to a gourmet two course breakfast prepared by our innkeeper. We start you off with fresh fruit or yogurt and granola, homemade muffin or croissant and homemade jam; the entrée of the day might be a fluffy cheese omelet, fruit filled crepes, German apple pancakes or baked French toast.

The views from our dining room or the screened in gazebo are breathtaking no matter which season. After breakfast or upon your return to the inn, you may want to settle into one of our porch rockers and view the scenery, bird watch or read a book. We invite our catskills guests to use our well appointed workout facility, take a steam bath in our steam room and use our B and B recreation room with full size pool table, game table and assortment of games, entertainment center and BYO bar. Guests may use the refrigerator in the recreation room as well. We hope you will enjoy your stay!

Catskills Farm House Rental

Located in the Catskills just outside Fleischmanns, off Route 28, adjacent to Breezy Hill Inn.

The rental house is complete with 5 bedrooms, living room, sitting room, full kitchen and pantry and adjacent dining room, two full bathrooms, Cable TV. A woodburning stove adds to the charm.
